Site Survey & Due Diligence

We will perform a complete site survey to determine existing conditions of the space including existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing. We will measure and verify the site to confirm the square footage is the same as the lease agreement. We will work with the cities agencies to determine what codes will apply to your project and what permit fees will be assessed.

Conceptual Design & Design Development

LDG is known for exceptional conceptual design, design development and use of color and materials. We can create a space that is designed to suite your business needs while integrating the best design to fits your budget. Our design presentations include but are not limited to concept drawings, photo-realistic renderings and color and material boards.

Constructions Documents & Specifications

We understand the design process and what is involved in opening a new or renovating an existing business. We will take you through the necessary steps that take place from signing the lease, working with the landlord, understanding their criteria, providing full construction documentation, submitting plans to the building department and obtaining a building permit. We will also provide specifications specific to your project from lighting fixtures to plumbing fixtures.

Construction Administration

We offer construction administration to assure a smooth construction process from the first day on the project until the day you open for business. We will be the liaison between your company and the construction company.
